This Privacy Policy governs the “www.iloverouette.com” website ("the Site").

This Privacy Policy represents ILR’s data collection and usage practices. ILR reserves the right to review and revise these practices. ILR will update any changes to this Privacy Policy here. By using the Site or any of the products, offerings, features, tools or resources that ILR provide on the Site, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy as updated from time to time.

This Privacy Policy only applies to information collected by the Site and through your registration and play.

1. Collection of Personal Data

Personal Data is any information about you and may include your name and address, date of birth, payment card details, details of betting transactions and account transfers and any other information you may wish to provide. ("Personal Data"). You may browse certain pages of the Site without registering with ILR first. If you do so, ILR will not process your Personal Data but may use your non-personal information as set out below.

In order to access ILR’s Games (as defined in ILR’s terms and conditions) and other services available on the Site from time to time you will need to register with ILR. In this way, we can customise and improve your experience on the Site.

3. How we use your Personal Data

Any Personal Data you provide may be used by ILR or third parties appointed for one or more of the following Purposes: (i) to allow us to provide you with gambling services; (ii) to process any of your requests for information; (iii) to provide customer support services to you; (iv) to market our services or products or those of other entities existing within the same group of companies (v) to notify you about updates to our Site and/or services; and (vi) to support any of the intended purposes specifically stated at the time at which you provided the Personal Data. ILR may also use Non-personal Data for the purposes of monitoring Site usage in order to help ILR develop the ILR Site and the services and for these purposes ILR may provide Non-personal Data to third parties.

To ensure that your credit, debit or charge card is not being used without your consent, we will validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases. By accepting these terms and conditions you consent to such checks being made.

4. Your choices regarding your Personal Data

From time to time we may provide information that we have gathered about you to our customer service agencies for research and analysis purposes so that we can monitor and improve the services we provide. Upon request ILR will provide you with a summary of all Personal Information held about you which we are required by law to disclose. Any such access request may be subject to a fee to meet ILR costs in providing you with details of information ILR holds about you.

5. Protecting your information

ILR have put in place various security procedures to try to ensure that the information you have provided to ILR remains confidential and is protected from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.

ILR also have technical measures in place so that whenever you undertake any financial transactions through ILR Site (including engaging in gaming), this will take place over a secure link which will encrypt the information whilst it is travelling over the Internet. Furthermore, any communications with banking or credit providers through ILR Site will similarly be encrypted. 6. Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Costa Rica whose courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy, save that we have the right, at ILR’s sole discretion, to commence and pursue proceedings in alternative jurisdictions.
