Q: How do I create an account?
A: Simply, fill in the Sign Up form
located at /sign-up.aspx
and we will send you a confirmation email. Follow the link
within the body of the email and you will be officially a member of ILR.

Q: I am trying to create an account and when inserting my
credit card details, the system brings
up a message notifying me that the card number is invalid.
A: Firstly you need to make sure that
you have entered all the correct numbers from your card. The number that we
require should be sixteen or more digits according to your card type. You need
to find the long number and not an eight digit number (card number).

Q: One of the
required fields concerning my credit card details is the CVV2 or CVC2 number,
which it is a three digit number. However, on the back of my card there is only
one number but it has more than three digits. Must I use this number?
A: Yes, this is the number that you are
looking for. For this case use only the last three digits of the number.

Q: I want to add in my
ILR account more than one credit card and be able to select which card I want
to use. Is this feasible?
A: Yes, you can add as many credit
cards as you want, regardless the type of card (Visa, Mastercard etc.). You can
either insert all of your cards’ details while creating your account or add
extra cards afterwards whenever you wish. If you want to change credit cards
during your game play, you can just select the credit card of your preference
and continue your game as normal.

Q: I have
forgotten my password. How can I re-set it or retrieve it?
A: In case this happens you need to submit
a ‘Reset password’ form that can be found in the login section of ILR website.
Our support team will reset your password and send you a new one at the email
address that is linked to your ILR account.

Q: Is it possible to view reports of my game play?
A: Yes, we provide a complete reporting
system with your activity. You can view detailed reports of the games you have

does it take for my withdrawals to get transferred to my bank account?
A: It takes three to four business days for the money to appear in your bank account.
